Princess Ponytails...

I just had to document this because I don't think I'll get another ponytail in Aubrey's hair. She hates me playing with her hair. She has gotten used to the tiny clips so I think if I keep trying she might get used to ponytails. I definitely need to find some better rubberbands than the small goodie kind. I need some that I can get in her hair quick. Any advice?

I use the little colored ponytails that look like elastics for braces. They hold well and you only have to pull the hair through a couple of times. Also, I had good luck with sitting my daughter up higher so she couldn't run. Give your girl the blue bulb nose picker the hospital gives you. That has entertained my kids. Hope it helps and happy hair-do. Rose

yep the tiny colored rubber bands that are very tight so they'll stay in. come in pack of 100s. she'll get used to it...it'll be a struggle for awhile but she'll learn that beauty comes with a price. haha. so cute.

So did you go private with your blog? I'm glad that you still will let me take a peek. It is so nice to be able to keep up with your family.
When little girls are young they don't want anyone to touch their hair but it gets better. Pretty soon she'll be asking you to do all kinds of pretties with her hair. Rose does W's in Kit's hair. Kit's favorite letter is W.

oh she has the most adorable little face. She just lights up when she smiles. Makes my day:) Love the ponytails. Don't they just grow up too fast, and little ponytails make them look so much older. I Love it.
