I feel a mixture of both. I'm calm because I feel at peace with the things that I've done (shopping & trips to the post office) and haven't done (christmas cards) and also because yesterday was the last day of school for the kids and I love not having to be on a schedule. I'm a little stressed because I still have lots of wrapping to do and I haven't finished mom's present and the deadline is today so I'd better get working!
Advice needed: What do you do if one of your kids caught sight of a stocking stuffer?

Right now I am as calm as a summer's morning. I just got back from Mexico and laying out for several days. That was relaxing.
I have a few more things to do and of course the boatload of wrapping. Hope I get it done...
Kalie and Kevin are coming to our house this afternoon so I need to get a few things ready for them.
Hint: I really try to not make Christmas gifts unless it is in the summer. I remember one Christmas I was finishing a cross-stitch picture for my mom on Christmas morning. NEVER AGAIN!!!
It's not worth the stress.
Oh, um. Tell them that you are Santa's helper and he dropped the little gift off at his house because he didn't want to forget it, or that he didn't have enough room in his sleigh, or any other fabrication you can think of.
